REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. Our team will determine this over email.
You will need to email your order number and full name (Name of who purchased the item(s) to - email@example.com
We do accept exchanges for size but please make sure you triple check the sizing charts in the item photos on the shop page before you purchase. Please don’t forget we are a small business and can’t return/exchange items like ASOS can due to insurance etc. Please keep this in mind before continuing.
You will front the cost post when you ship your item back to us with tracking through Aus post. If you fail to provide tracking and/or your item gets lost in the mail we cannot exchange your item and we will close the case. Please remember this when posting your item back.
You will also have to pay for the post of your new size - This can be done two ways;
1 - By including a prepaid post bag in your item you have sent back to us (Please fill out the prepaid post bag you have bought from the post office with the correct address you would like your item sent to.)
2 - We can arrange the post back to you. All you have to do is Paypal $8.00AUD to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a screen shot or receipt of payment and email it over to email@example.com
